Arvind Kumar Sinha

The great devotee of Lord Hanuman, Social Worker and a responsible citizen, Late Shri Arvind Kumar Sinha, was a central government gazetted officer in the Ordnance Factory Group India. Despite the lack of funds, he was always ready for public welfare. His long standing desire was finally fulfilled after his son’s career success.

Arvind ji, who went to his village for the Shiv Poojan in Harpurnag, got a strong feeling regarding his long-awaited desire of doing something for his grandfather poet ‘Kinkar’ ji's great deeds and for village development. Inspired by his family legacy, Arvind ji decided to work for the upliftment of the village. While living in the village, he established Vindhyachal Seva Sansthan in May 2012 supported by his family members and financed by his son and was constantly engaged in social welfare. Arvind ji entrusted all the work of the trust to his family members and villagers. All the social works of VSS including the construction of the temple were shared among themselves. Arvind ji, who fell prey to constant illness after kidney failure, left us on 17th June 2016 during the construction of the temple. After his departure, family members took over and connected with the people through the Vindhyachal Seva Sansthan.
